Lifestart Co-operative Ltd
An early intervention program for children with intellectual disabilities or delays in development, or at risk of delay. It was established in 1996 as the vision of eight families to provide a community based program managed by families, for families. Lifestart is a parent co-operative providing a family-centred approach to the needs of children with disabilities and their families. It is based on the concept of partnerships between parents and professionals.
